Church Support

Many times, church members and leaders wonder how they can be involved in the ministry of Elisha House. Some ways you can help both the centre and your congregation are:

  • Provide us the opportunity to speak to your congregation - there are probably many sitting in your pews that need a safe place to go and talk about current or past issues regarding pregnancy, abortion or other life issues.
  • Invite us to speak to women's, youth's or men's groups, mission committees, elders, etc.
  • Provide us with a church representative - someone with a heart for the ministry who can be a liaison for us to you.
  • Support us financially. We encourage our clients to seek out churches in the community and many times we minister to those in your congregations.
  • Suggest to your mission committee that there is a mission field right in their backyard.
  • Pray for us. If you have a prayer group we would love to send you our Monthly Prayer Calendar.
